The Children & Family Court Advisory and Support Service in Wales (CAFCASS CYMRU), is part of the Department of Health and Social Services of the Welsh Assembly Government, and has a statutory responsibility to provide services to the Court and to children and their families who are involved in Family proceedings.

CAFCASS CYMRU are currently implementing a Children and Young People’s Complaint Policy across Wales, and are seeking a number of advocate providers who would be able to provide independent advocacy to assist children and young people who wish to make a complaint to CAFCASS CYMRU about the service they receive from the organisation.
