Advocacy Worker – Tros Gynnal Plant

Tros Gynnal Plant has been providing services to vulnerable children, young people and families across Wales for 15 years. We are currently looking to recruit several people to join our existing team:

ADVOCACY WORKER – CARMARTHENSHIRE
£23,398 – £27,668
(pro rata for part time)
1 x 28 hr per week post
ADVOCACY WORKER – PEMBROKESHIRE
£23,398 – £27,668
(pro rata for part time)
1 x 8 hr per week post
SESSIONAL ADVOCACY WORKERS –
Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and
Pembrokeshire
£13.63 per hour

Candidates must have an interest in children’s rights and supporting children to have a voice. You will need to have experience of direct work with children and young people, a good understanding of advocacy and experience of multi-agency working.

You will be part of a team of dedicated staff who work with vulnerable children and young people.
