Salary: Up to £22,607.99 depending on relevant experience and meeting LSC Supervision criteria

We participate in national Citizens Advice initiatives by providing evidence of our clients’ problems which can then be used to campaign for improvements in laws and services that affect everyone.
The Bureau is a member of the National Association of Citizens Advice Bureau (NACAB) and as such has to maintain its independence from national and local government, the commercial and voluntary sectors, or any individual interest and focus totally on serving the best interests of its clients. It also has to maintain the quality standards set by NACAB and the Legal Services Commission for which it operates a franchise.

Job Role
Join our winning team as an LSC Caseworker / Supervisor.
You must be able to show that you have experience of giving welfare benefit advice in a Citizens Advice Bureau or a similar setting e.g. Law Centre, solicitors, etc.
The successful applicant will have relevant experience and be able to meet LSC criteria.
