Hours: 10 per week

Post: 6 months fixed term funded by Additional Hours Advice (AHA) Project

Location: Ammanford CAB

Extending the post beyond the six months will depend on the Bureau accessing additional funding.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well organised Guidance Tutor to join our small team.

The successful candidate will recruit volunteer advisers, and guide them through the Adviser route and Gateway Assessor Learning route within the aims and principles of Citizens Advice. S/he will also support volunteers in their trainee adviser period. The ability to deliver high quality training to adult learners is essential, as is an awareness of the needs of volunteers and IT skills. Previous CAB experience is highly desirable.
