You have an exciting opportunity to join our Willow and New Mill projects, to make a difference to people’s lives:
Willow provides a unique service of 24 hour supported accommodation for seven tenants with complex and enduring mental health conditions. The project offers safe and secure accommodation with support tailored to the needs of the individual. Each tenant has a one-bedroom self-contained flat and can live at the project until they have developed the confidence and skills to move on. We support tenants to promote and enhance the skills for independent living in the community. Support is person-centred allowing tenants to make choices about their lives, wishes and goals.
Eight tenants living semi-independently at the New Mill Project experience a sense of belonging and being part of a community. Regular meetings are held to encourage tenants to engage in activities and develop social relationships.
Willow / New Mill is a 24-hour / 7-days week staffed project. The hours worked will be organised according to a 12-hour shift pattern between 8am and 8pm, covering days, wakeful nights, and include working weekends and bank holidays.
