Support Worker (Full-time)

Location: Carmarthenshire

Salary: £18,000 per annum

Hours: 35 per week

Support Worker (Part-time)

Location: Carmarthenshire

Salary: £18,000 pro-rata

Hours: 17.5 per week (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning)

Benefits: generous annual leave, excellent training package and a cash benefit health plan

Caer Las is a Swansea based charity that supports vulnerable people who are affected by rough sleeping, homelessness, mental health difficulties, sexual exploitation and other difficulties across Swansea, Carmarthenshire and Neath Port Talbot.

You have an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team in making a difference to people’s lives:

Floating Support Rural Carmarthenshire (covering areas including Pendine, St Clears, Whitland, Newcastle Emlyn, Pencader – anywhere from Llansteffan in the west to Efailwen to the north). The project supports clients in the rural community to become independent and sustain their accommodation in the future by providing support in their own homes. A key focus of the project is supporting people at imminent risk of losing their accommodation to take the necessary steps to prevent homelessness. The project provides support Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.
