Caer Las is a Swansea based charity that supports vulnerable people who are affected by rough sleeping, homelessness, mental health difficulties, sexual exploitation and other difficulties across Swansea, Carmarthenshire and Neath Port Talbot. We are looking for individuals who are committed to working as part of a diverse and resilient team dedicated to alleviating the pressures of social exclusion for some of the most vulnerable people in our community. The work we do to promote lasting, positive change is underpinned by a comprehensive staff training programme as well as a sincere desire to help make a real difference in people’s lives.

Salary:                   £18,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time employees)

Hours:                   35 per week (for full-time employees)

Location: Swansea and Neath Port Talbot

Part-time Support Worker – ROADS Project                                        

Location: Swansea (24 hours per week)
