Care First – employee assistance programme (EAP)
Care First are providing an employee assistance programme (EAP) from 4 December to all those employed in the social care workforce in the private and voluntary sectors in Wales, including personal assistants.
The information explains the services that are on offer, how to access them for free and how the process works, including how your confidentiality is maintained.
Care First can help with a wide range of work, family and personal issues. From work-life balance to childcare information, relationships to workplace issues, health and well-being, the EAP can support people to deal with the issues that affect us all at some point in our lives.
