The information pack contains valuable information and contact details for the full range of services and support needs that a carer and their cared-for person might need, ranging from advice on social service community care services, to services provided by voluntary organisations, advice on money matters and benefits, and housing issues.
The pack was originally produced by a working group of representatives from local carers’ groups, Carers National Association, Soroptomists, Dyfed Health Authority, and Carmarthenshire Social Services.
