We’re recruiting for two new roles within our Carers Information Service. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a charity that facilitates and enables Carers to enjoy a greater sense of wellbeing.
Carers Communication Officer (Out of Hours)
Salary: £23,836 (per annum pro rata)
Hours: 30 hours per week
Contract type: fixed term until June 2021
The Carers Communication Officer (Out of Hours) role will act as the point of contact for out-of-hours support for carers Monday – Friday 3.30pm – 9.30pm providing telephone information & support. You will take the lead in producing and maintaining up to date information for carers in a variety of formats including factsheets, newsletters, information packs, digital platforms etc.
Carers Information & Outreach Service Co-ordinator
Salary: £23,836 (per annum pro rata)
Hours: 30 hours per week
Contract type: fixed term for 12 months
As the Carers Information & Outreach Service Coordinator you will ensure the effective running of the Carers Information and Outreach Service including direct line management of the team. You will support the Service Manager to produce quarterly and annual reports and will contribute to the development of the Carmarthenshire Carers Support Services Network (CSSN).
Both of these roles are fixed-term posts and require an enhanced DBS check with an adult barring check.
