28 hours per week at £5.80 per hour
Carmarthen Youth Project (Dr M’z) is seeking a committed trainee to develop a café enterprise within this project.
This job will involve:
- developing a business plan with support
- developing a menu
- cooking
- cleaning
- good quality customer service
- undertake training in food hygiene and health and safety
- cash handling
- maintaining reasonable and competitive pricing
Closing date Thursday 12th August 2010 (extended from 30th July)
