‘Changing Times: Changing Together’, Hywel Dda Health Board 5 Year Plan, Regional Event 07/09/10

This event is being held jointly between the 3 County Voluntary Councils covering the Hywel Dda area, and Hywel Dda Health Board as the start of an on-going conversation and dialogue on Hywel Dda’s Rural Health 5 Year Implementation Plan: ‘Right Care, Right Place, Right Time, Every Time’.
