Dignity in Care Programme in Wales – Small Grants 01/09/10

The Welsh Assembly Government has set aside £150,000 in 2010 – 2011 for the Dignity in Care programme. From this budget, small bids of up to £5,000 are invited, excluding VAT.

Training: Understanding Community Care Law for Carers 15/09/10

This course is aimed at delegates who are carers themselves or who work with carers. It will consider the needs and rights of carers who look after disabled children or adults with health and social care needs. The course will also consider the provision of Direct Payments and also what remedies may be available where someone is unhappy with the outcome of the assessment.
