[lang_en]The following posts are all funded under the European Regional Development Fund Convergence Programme and the scheme is to be operated within the 4 Local Authority areas of Carmarthenshire, Neath Port Talbot, Pembrokeshire and Swansea.

1. Collaborative Communities Project Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Community Regeneration Unit within Economic Development. We are seeking a committed, motivated individual to manage, develop, market and operate the Collaborative Communities Project in close collaboration with the established Collaborative Communities delivery partnership.
You will have extensive experience of project management in a variety of settings and be able to identify market gaps in service delivery within the region and create, with partners, bespoke social enterprises to address these gaps in provision. The project will be managed on a sub-regional level but delivered at a local level thus reflecting local circumstances and addressing local need.

2. Collaborative Communities Marketing and ICT Support Assistant
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Community Regeneration Unit within Economic Development. We are seeking a committed, motivated individual to provide excellent, quality Marketing, ICT and Administrative support to the Collaborative Communities Project.
You will have extensive experience of publicity strategies and supporting administration, retention and safe-keeping of all documentary evidence required for funders. The project will be managed on a sub-regional level but delivered at a local level thus reflecting local circumstances and addressing local need.

3. Collaborative Communities Sustainable Organisation Development Officer x 2
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Community Regeneration Unit within Economic Development. We are seeking committed, motivated individuals to work with the 3rd Sector social economy organisations within their local area, offering a holistic service designed to better aid them with ongoing sustainability of their organisations. The scheme is supported through ERDF Convergence Programme to be operated with the close collaboration with the established Collaborative Communities delivery partnership within the 4 Local Authority areas of Carmarthenshire, Neath Port Talbot, Pembrokeshire and Swansea.
You will have extensive experience of project development in a variety of settings and be able to work with organisations to help them to diagnose their current and future potential to move towards a more trading and contracting focus for their business. The project will be managed on a sub-regional level but delivered at a local level thus reflecting local circumstances and addressing local need.
Welsh verbal and written skills will be essential for one of the posts.

4. Collaborative Communities Flagship Social Enterprise Development Officer x 4
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Community Regeneration Unit within Economic Development. We are seeking committed, motivated individuals to deliver a holistic social enterprise development and support service, with the close collaboration with the established Collaborative Communities delivery partnership, on an outreach basis within the counties of Carmarthenshire, Neath Port Talbot, Pembrokeshire, and Swansea.
You will have extensive experience of project development in a variety of settings and be able to identify market gaps in service delivery within the region and create, with partners, bespoke social enterprises to address those gaps in provision. The project will be managed on a sub-regional level but delivered at a local level thus reflecting local circumstances and addressing local need.
Welsh verbal and written skills will be essential for one of the posts.
The above post holders will be employed by Carmarthenshire County Council but will be based at the council offices in each of the 4 local authority areas. Please specify in your Supporting Statement which is your preferred local authority area to be based in.

5. Collaborative Communities Support Assistant
A part time exciting opportunity has arisen in the Community Regeneration Unit within Economic Development. We are seeking a committed, motivated individual to provide excellent, quality administrative support to the Collaborative Communities Project.
You will provide supporting administration, retention and safe-keeping of all documentary evidence required for all core, contract, structurally funded schemes, projects and grants. The project will be managed on a sub-regional level but delivered at a local level thus reflecting local circumstances and addressing local need.
Welsh verbal and written skills will be essential for the post.

6. Collaborative Communities Project Monitoring Assistant
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Community Regeneration Unit within Economic Development. We are seeking committed, motivated individuals to provide monitoring support to assist in meeting all financial regulatory requirements of both the County Council and that of the respective external funding bodies.
You will provide monitoring support and guidance to the Project Manager ensuring that the audit trails generated by the project included in the Regeneration Division’s programme are sufficiently robust to monitor and evaluate the progress of the project. The project will be managed on a sub-regional level but delivered at a local level thus reflecting local circumstances and addressing local need.

Caiff y cynllun ei gynnal trwy Raglen Cydgyfeiriant ERDF a bydd yn cael ei weithredu o fewn 4 Awdurdod lleol megis Sir Gaerfyrddin, Castell-nedd Port Talbot, Sir Benfro ac Abertawe.
