An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Community Regeneration Unit within Economic Development. We are seeking a committed, motivated individual to deliver a holistic social enterprise development and support service, with the close collaboration with the established Collaborative Communities delivery partnership, on an outreach basis within the counties of Carmarthenshire, Neath Port Talbot, Pembrokeshire, and Swansea.
You will have extensive experience of project development in a variety of settings and be able to identify market gaps in service delivery within the region and create, with partners, bespoke social enterprises to address those gaps in provision. The project will be managed on a sub-regional level but delivered at a local level thus reflecting local circumstances and addressing local need.
The above posts are funded under the European Regional Development Fund Convergence Programme.
The above post holder will be employed by Carmarthenshire County Council but will be based at Pembrokeshire County Council offices.
