[lang_en]CYCA are seeking individuals with a youth work background and an understanding of digital media to work on a young people’s pilot project within the Llandeilo and Whitland areas.
Individuals will:
- Use digital media as an engagement tool to interact with young people.
- Undertake consultation with young people to determine how they currently use digital media, if at all.
- Determine how (and if) young people would interact with digital media if provision were made available, within their own communities.
- Provide community based workshops for young people that will show the potential achievements and opportunities that are attainable through digital media use.
The initiative will be for 24 weeks from April 1st 2010, with the rate of pay being £10 per hour, on a short term contract, sessional basis. Post extension to be reviewed after 4 months.

Mae CYCA yn chwilio am unigolion gyda cefndir mewn gwaith ieuenctid a dealldwriaeth yng nghyfryngau digidol i weithio ar brosiect peilot pobl ifanc yn ardaloedd Llandeilo a Whitland.
Bydd unigolion yn:
- Defnyddio cyfryngau digidol i rhyngweithio gyda pobl ifanc.
- Cyflawni ymgynghoriad gyda pobl ifanc i geisio penderfynu sut maent yn defnydio cyfryngau digidol ar hyn o bryd, os o gwbwl.
- Penderfynu sut bydd pobl ifanc yn cyflawni gyda cyfryngau digidol os roedd y darpariaeth ar gael iddynt yn eu cymunedau.
- Darparu gweithdai cymunedol i bobol ifanc bydd yn dangos y campau a cyfleuon sydd ar gael trwy defnyddio cyfryngau digidol.
Bydd y menter yma yn para 24 wythnos o Ebrill 1af 2010, gyda’r tâl yn £10 yr awr, ar cytundeb byr sydd ar sail sesiynol. Bydd estyniad i’r swydd yn cael ei adolygu ar ol 4 mis.
