Activities: The Association is affiliated to Mobilise Organisation, and is situated at the Social Centre, Albert Street,Llanelli. We meet every Tuesday afternoon from 12.30pm. The hall is totally accessible in all repects for use by disabled groups. The Association arrange social events and promtes a holiday scheme. Membership of the Association is through the National Organisation, and we welcome non-drivers who have a disability and associate members who wish to further the cause of mobility for all. Activities: To provide companionship and support to people living in the Llanelli area who feel isolated and lonely and have mental health needs. It is for people who feel they would benefit from the support and encouragement that a befriender can give. Befriending is a voluntary service. Our volunteers will usually visit once a week or once a fortnight for a minimum of one hour. The scheme works within the Mind Quality Framework.

Activities: The Lluest Horse and Pony Trust is a small charity running a rescue centre for horses, ponies and donkeys at a 40-acre farm, nestling among the Black Mountains in the beautiful Carmarthenshire countryside. It particularly covers the Swansea and Llanelli areas, which are some on the worst in the UK for finding stray horses. The aim is always to restore the animals to full health and find them a loving foster home, but if that is not possible, they are assured of a safe home for the rest of their natural lives.
