Activities: A programme to meet the needs of people with drug and/or alcohol use issues, and mental health problems such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and panic disorders, across Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire, Ceredigion and Powys.
Pathways to Recovery is a thirteen session therapeutic programme which enables people to identify the most significant area affecting their drug and/or alcohol use, mental health or lifestyle difficulties.
The programme offers a personalised approach – helping people to overcome their problems to achieve a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

Activities: Promote and manage the social, cultural and recreational use of the Pencader Pavilion and the associated playing field. The Pencader Pavilion can be hired by local people for private functions or by voluntary organisations for a wide variety of uses. The playing field incorporates a football pitch which is used by the senior, junior and ladies football teams. Pencader Carnival Week and the 5th November firework display also take place there.

Our support is very much employment orientated and as such is not a drug treatment service. We will help you manage the huge change you have made in altering your drug use, by helping you access services for childcare, housing, debt advice and other problems you may still be trying to overcome.
Our main aim is to help you consider, plan and manage your entry into training and employment. Our advisers are based throughout Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire & Pembrokeshire, we have excellent contacts with a range of training agencies and employers in your county.
