Disability Survey co-produced by CDCfA and Carmarthenshire 50 plus

Carmarthenshire Disability Coalition for Action and Carmarthenshire 50+ have come together to co-produce and work on issues affecting disabled people of all ages, carers of all ages and the over 50’s to try to better understand THEIR issues and to help remedy them, where possible. This survey aims to capture a picture of the needs of disabled and older people living in Carmarthenshire.

We would be most grateful if you could circulate this survey to as many disabled and elderly people living in Carmarthenshire as you can. The survey does not require any personal data so it is perfectly safe to circulate and is not in breach of any general data protection regulations.

While this survey goes a long way to helping us understand what people need and require it misses a large section of the population. I refer to those who do not have Internet technology. Data protection regulations prevent organisations from sharing personal data so we cannot ask you to share the addresses of your clients or patients.

What we would ask is that if you visit people who do not have IT could you possibly take your laptop, tablet or mobile with you and fill in the survey on their behalf. This survey is anonymous and does not collect any personal data.
