Family Housing Association is a registered social landlord, approved support provider and registered domiciliary care provider. It provides high quality, affordable homes and care and support services. We now manage over 3,000 properties throughout the Swansea, Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and Neath Port Talbot areas providing homes to meet the differing housing needs of a wide variety of people.

Finance Assistant – 35 hours per week

£17,861 to £18,801

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a positive individual to join us as Finance Assistant. You will work collaboratively with other departments, tenants and our partners in a positive and proactive manner, building relationships in order to create sustainable communities. You will be committed to working within our values and to contributing to our continuous improvement as a team and as an Association.

Our ideal candidates will be focussed and possess excellent customer care skills. Working in a busy office environment it is essential that the successful candidates have good communication skills, the ability to work accurately and with attention to detail and have a flexible and adaptable approach to the workload. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word are also essential. A financial qualification (AAT or equivalent) would be desirable, however the successful candidates must have a good standard of general education, the willingness to learn and demonstrate proficiency with general financial administration.
