CAVS Community Development Fund Small Grants Scheme 2008/09
CAVS has been successful in obtaining funding from the Welsh Assembly’s Community Facilities and Activities Programme to run its Community Development Fund (CDF) Small Grants Scheme.
Over the next three years CAVS has £225,000 to distribute to not-for-profit voluntary and community groups, in the form of capital only grants to develop community facilities and activities.
There will be £45,000 available to distribute in 2008/09, with £90,000 available in both 2009/10 and 2010/11.
Application forms will be available from the CAVS office and CAVS website from the 1st of September 2008.

Under 8s Small Grants Scheme
Applications are invited from voluntary groups seeking grants to help establish, expand or develop a service for children under the age of 8 years. Eligible groups could include a parent and toddler group, clybiau hwyl, family centre, ysgol feithrin, etc.
The grant will cover one-off minor capital expenditure up to a maximum of £200.
The closing date for applications is Friday, 18th July 2008
