‘Changing Times: Changing Together’, Hywel Dda Health Board 5 Year Plan, Regional Event 07/09/10

‘Changing Times: Changing Together – The Conversation Begins …’
7th September 2010, 10am to 1.30pm, Bloomfield Centre, Narberth.
This event is being held jointly between the three County Voluntary Councils covering the Hywel Dda area, and Hywel Dda Health Board as the start of an on-going conversation and dialogue on Hywel Dda’s Rural Health 5 Year Implementation Plan: ‘Right Care, Right Place, Right Time, Every Time …’.
The purpose of this event will be to introduce this plan and begin to work together to help shape and improve it.
We would encourage you to think about local needs and opportunities for your involvement and engagement with the plan. The event is hosting key speakers from Hywel Dda Health Board including:
- Sarah Veck – Director of Partnerships,
- Tony Chambers – Director of Planning, Performance and Delivery,
- Trevor Purt – Chief Executive
- as well as the Chief Officers of CAVS, CAVO and PAVS.
This event will be key for the 3rd sector in informing the work on Hywel Dda’s 5 Year Plan, and we would encourage you, and the colleagues you nominate, to make this a truly joint plan by being as imaginative as possible about what we can do together, incorporating your own plans into this one, making links across our organisations and suggesting radical options.
This 3 Counties event will be followed up with local, county based events to provide further opportunities for discussion and engagement around the plan and how we can work together to deliver it locally.

Directions to Bloomfield House Community Centre: From the A40, take the B4313 towards Narberth. After passing the West Wales Business Park on your left, and Bloomfield Gardens on your right, take the left turn into Williams Court.
