Description of the contract
Carmarthenshire County Council invites tenders for 10 units for the provision of Mental Health Supported Living in Llanelli and Carmarthen.
Please note that the MAXIMUM funding available for the service is £98,000 per annum excluding set-up costs (a maximum of £5,000 in the 1st year).
Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking to commission a ‘Not for Profit’ organisation who are an accredited provider under the Supporting People Welsh Assembly Guidelines. The organisation must have suitable skills and experience to provide a service for people diagnosed with a mental illness to live with support in the community. They will also need to work in partnership with the Community Mental Health Team to maximise the tenants’ choice, privacy and dignity.
