WWAMH Mental Health Training 2010

WWAMH and the Primary Care Mental Health Team will be delivering Mental Health First Aid Training on the following dates:
Monday 26th and Tuesday 27th April 9.30am -4.30pm The Mount, Carmarthen
Monday 28th and Tuesday 29th June 9.30am-4.30pm, Hafal Offices, 8-10 Woods Row, Carmarthen
Mental Health First Aid is a Welsh Assembly Government recognised 12 hour training course that improves mental health literacy and helps people to recognise the signs and symptoms of someone with mental health problems. It also helps people to respond to various mental health crises, engage with, support and signpost people to appropriate help.
We are also offering a one day basic mental health awareness course on Monday 15th March from 10am -4pm at the Local Health Board Offices in Dafen, Llanelli
Please note all of the courses are free and tea/ coffee is provided, but there is no lunch provided.
