The Mount Centre has the following facilities:

The ground floor is wheelchair accessible:
- Level access into the front entrance on Queen Street
- Wheelchair accessible doorways

Refreshments
Tea and coffees can be booked, at 60 pence per cup. Meeting organisers can arrange outside catering for lunches and refreshments.
There is also a cover charge of 10p per person for bringing own refreshments with CAVS supplying cups, and 10p per person for bringing own food with CAVS supplying plates.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled with less than five working days notice will incur the full fee. Bookings cancelled less than ten working days of the date will incur a 50% fee. Cancellation needs to be in writing or by email.
