NEW Carers Support Innovation Fund

New Funding Opportunity to Support Carers.

The West Wales Care Partnership is pleased to announce the launch of the Carers Support Innovation Fund. Grants will be available to third sector organisations in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire who provide services and activities to support unpaid carers.

The Fund will provide up to 100% revenue costs up to £5,000 for the delivery of a three month project in one county, and up to £15,000 for  regional delivery across the three counties. All requests for support must offer value for money and demonstrate clear and direct benefits for unpaid Carers.

The Fund Themes are:

  • Supporting life alongside caring
  • Providing information, advice and assistance
  • Identifying & recognition of carers
  • Supporting digital inclusion
  • Improving carer’s physical health and mental wellbeing.

The safety of carers is a priority and all projects must take into account the current Covid restrictions.

Projects to run from 1st January 2021 and be completed by 31st March 2021.

All funding must be spent by 31st March 2021.

Deadline for submission of applications is Wednesday 18th November 2020.
