The Directory of Multi-Agency Partnerships contains a wealth of information on the wide-ranging partnership work that is taking place in Carmarthenshire. It is a practical tool aimed at providing up to date information on the range, remit and contact details for multi-agency partnerships working throughout the county.
The original directory was produced by CAVS in partnership with Carmarthenshire County Council and other partners in 2003. The directory is updated on an annual basis by Carmarthenshire County Council’s Community Planning Team (phone 01267 224659, email communityplanning@carmarthenshire.gov.uk).
The directory contains the following information:
- Diagrams of the community planning and partnership structures
- Descriptions and key contact details for partnerships with a strategic or consultative role
- Sections for Health, Social Care & Well Being, Lifelong Learning, Regeneration, Environment and Safer Communities
- The membership of each partnership
- The key strategies that guide the work of the partnerships
- Meeting schedules
- Arrangements for voluntary sector representation and feedback
- Guidance on how to make partnerships work for you
