VACANCIES AT PAVS – Sustainable Organisation Development Officer, Collaborative Communities, Maternity Cover, Based at PAVS in Haverfordwest, 37 hours per week, NJC Spine point 29 – £24,646 per annum
Job Share and secondment opportunities will be considered.

One of PAVS’ development officers will be taking maternity leave from November 2010 and temporary cover is required for this post commencing from Monday 18th October 2010 initially for 41 weeks to 31st July 2011.
The Collaborative Communities Sustainable Organisation Development Officers work with Third Sector social economy organisations in Pembrokeshire, offering an holistic service designed to ensure long-term sustainability.
They work with organisations to help them to diagnose their current and future potential to move towards a more trading and contracting focus for their business, and when it is appropriate, help them to project plan to realise that potential and broaden their funding base.
This is a Convergence funded partnership project between the 4 Local Authorities and County Voluntary Councils within the Regional Partnership Forum for the South West Wales area.
