Applicants must have some experience of working with children and young people aged 5-15 years in a play setting and have, be willing to or be working towards a playwork qualification.

You must have a clear commitment to supporting ‘free play’ opportunities.

You will need to be able to create an environment where children and young people are able to experience a range of ‘Play Types’.

You will need an awareness of child development through play and an understanding of the biological need for taking risks while playing. You will be required to work in play spaces engaging and playing with the elements of wind, rain, fire and earth.
