Practical Volunteering Skills
The course is FREE for active volunteers. Accreditation is optional. The course can lead to 6 Credits at Level One or Two.
This covers generic skills of use to volunteers in different roles – including Communication, Group work, Resolving conflict, Assertiveness, Self development, Time Management.
