As a Project Officer at Family Housing, you’ll make a real difference to the lives of other people as you develop the personal, flexible and person centered tenancy support plans to live their life to its fullest potential, as independently as possible, in their own home.  We know you’re passionate about people and in this role you’ll support them to take control, improve their quality of life and face the future with confidence.

So come and join our team as a Project Officer in our Supporting People funded Carmarthenshire Floating Support Service and you will be responsible for a small team and your own caseload.  In an exciting role where no two days are the same, you will engage with our service users by providing individually tailored tenancy related support and enabling them to make informed choices about their future.

You’ll need previous relevant experience of using a person centred approach, ideally in a tenancy related support capacity, and at least two years’ experience of working with vulnerable people with a good understanding of the needs of our service users. You must be capable of prioritising your own workload and using your initiative as an effective team leader and player, you will possess good communication skills, a flexible approach, a positive attitude and be able to adapt in a changeable environment.
