Carmarthenshire Life Skills Project and Partners invite you to the launch of PROJECT TYFU on the 9th APRIL 2010 10.30—2.30
Project Tyfu is a new horticultural initiative in Carmarthenshire which aims to use horticulture and complementary therapeutic interventions to develop skills, promote sustainability and assist with relapse prevention and community re-engagement.
We encourage:
- development of gardening and landscaping skills
- development of positive activities & routines
- promotion of healthy living and healthy lifestyle choices
- opportunities to achieve through participation
- development of life & social skills
- adaptation of services to meet the specific needs of individuals and groups—accessible to wheelchair users
