Property Services Coordinator – 35 Hours, £19,100 to £21,222

You will provide a comprehensive front-line repairs service to ensure our tenants are provided with a high-quality service at first point of contact. Your role will encompass liaising with customers, contractors and our surveying team to ensure a prompt and effective service, providing assistance and guidance via telephone, email and in writing for a wide range of enquiries. Excellent communication skills are required and the ability to converse easily with people at all levels is essential. You will be expected to monitor repairs progress, update repair and component records and co-ordinate access arrangements.
