Relaxation CD in Welsh

North Wales NHS Psychological Service has recently created a Welsh language relaxation CD.
Robin Holden, Manager of Mental Health Services gave the go-ahead for the CD to be professionally produced and recorded at Gwynfryn Cymunedol Studios, Caernarfon. The finished product features 4 exercises set to a background track of soothing relaxation music.
Sali Burns, RMHN says, “We wanted to create a CD for anyone whose mental or physical health could benefit from practicing regular relaxation. We also wanted to make sure the CD was accessible to all, so we have made it copyright-free. This means the CD can be copied and shared around as many times as you like!”
