Rural Health Planning – improving service delivery across Wales

The work has identified three key themes:
- access to services
- the need and opportunities for closer service integration and;
- community cohesion and engagement.
The consultation period will run for sixteen weeks and to support this process a number of key questions have been outlined in a separate pro-forma to help structure all responses.
The closing date for consultation responses is Friday 21st August 2009. Responses to the consultation document can be submitted in writing or electronically via email. Please forward electronic responses to: ruralhealth@wales.gsi.gov.uk.
