Applications are invited from suitably experienced and qualified service providers wishing to be considered for invitation to tender for the provision of a Befriending Service for Older People.
The indicative gross expenditure for this service over a three year period is in the range of £57,000. Current contracts come to an end on 30th September 2009 and the new contracts due to commence on 1st October 2009 will be for a three-year duration.
A summary of the key points of the Service Specification will be distributed with the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire to enable providers to evaluate their suitability for this tender. A full Service Specification and Tender documents will be made available to those organisations selected to tender.
