Four County Voluntary Councils have formed a Regional Partnership in South and West Wales to provide ICT development and technical support to voluntary and community groups in the Communities First areas of their respective counties.
PAVS in Pembrokeshire, CAVS, CAVO in Ceredigion and VAMT in Merthyr Tydfil are working together on the project, which is funded by Communities@One.

Called the Wales CVC Circuit Rider Project, the development and technical support officers will
- provide ICT healthchecks
- help with all aspects of digital communications including producing websites and audio visual resources, and
- assist groups to develop ICT strategies.
The Circuit Rider support team started work in January 2007, and have been busy getting all the systems in place in order to provide a co-ordinated and up to date service to eligible groups. They will be providing support to groups from the beginning of March 2007.
