Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council has launched the Building the Future Together – £13.9m European Social Fund (ESF) Project. The project is co-ordinated by the Education and Lifelong Learning Directorate of Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council, and Coleg Morgannwg is a joint sponsor.
The ESF Project is primarily aimed at providing a comprehensive suite of options and interventions to develop the skills needed for learning, increase chances of future employment, raise aspirations, and support the emotional and social needs of 11 – 19 year olds in the Rhondda Cynon Taf.
The Education Other Than At School (EOTAS) Service, provides educational & bespoke curriculum for learners across Rhondda Cynon Taf.
EOTAS provides an alternative Work and Skills Programme (WASP) to support learners who are disengaged from learning at KS4. The Project requires a specialist Organisation/Organisations to provide the Work and Skills Programme (WASP) – on behalf of the EOTAS service for learners within Rhondda Cynon Taf.
