Description of the Request For Quote from Chwarae Teg for the Agile Nation Project:
1. Remote Working Implementation Support
Eligible SMEs requiring technical support to implement the recommendations of the Remote Working ICT Review will be offered ICT consultancy to implement changes in line with plan agreed between Chwarae Teg ICT Project Manager and SME (to be agreed with ICT Consultant before work is undertaken), ensuring that remote working becomes a sustainable reality for the identified individuals.
2. Training and Ongoing Support
Where required the ICT Consultant will provide training for relevant individuals regards use of remote working systems. Further telephone and, where needed, on site support will be provided to ensure remote working systems function as defined
Successful contractors will be expected to adhere to a service level agreement which will be finalised upon appointment.
