The Catalyst service covers Carmarthenshire. The service aims to improve the health and well being of people aged 18 and above, who misuse drugs or are affected by somebody else’s drug use.

You will work with

• People misusing drugs

• Friends and family members who may be affected by someone else’s drug use

• Individuals wanting more information on drugs and their effects.

You will provide advice and information (including harm reduction information), general support, psychosocial interventions, assist in group facilitation and staffing open access in addition to undertaking assessments and action planning. Good Organisational and administration skills are also needed for this role.
