Twilight Sanctuary Project – Llanelli -Job opportunities

In partnership with Hywel Dda University Health Board and Carmarthenshire County Council,  Llanelli Mind and Hafal are setting up an exciting and innovative new out of hours project based at Llanelli Mind’s Welcome Centre.

The Twilight Sanctuary is an out of hours service, that will run between 6pm and 2am Thursday to Sunday, providing a place of sanctuary for individuals at risk of deteriorating mental health, who may require support and advice through the provision of a range of supportive interventions in a welcoming and homely environment within Llanelli Town Centre.

The Twilight Sanctuary provides an alternative venue in which to receive early access to help and avoid dependence on core mental health services.  The focus for all aspects of the service is an holistic person centred approach.

We are looking for a dynamic and committed team who can set up and establish this exciting new service and we are looking to recruit creative and resilient Project Coordinators (2 part-time posts) and Project Workers (2  full time posts), working with Health Board staff as a part of our team.

Both Llanelli Mind and Hafal have strong reputations for delivering highly effective models of mental health support that aid recovery and maintain wellbeing for people in a range of community settings.

If you think that you have the skills and experience to help us realise our ambitions, for either position, we would very much like to hear from you.

For further information and to request an application form and further job details please contact Llanelli Mind online at: indicating which role(s) you are looking to apply for.

Closing date for all posts: 5pm 14th June 2019

Interview dates to be confirmed.
