If you are passionate about heritage and the environment, excited by the prospect of developing a new site-specific community engagement and learning programme – then this is a unique opportunity to lead a team of volunteers and others in creating a truly special, enjoyable, rewarding and safe learning experience for visitors, staff and volunteers alike.
You will need to demonstrate a flexible and innovative approach and an ability to work to high standards within tight deadlines together with a commitment and enthusiasm for delivering the highest quality visitor focussed experience at the Bishop’s Park. You should have experience of working with learning organisations, community (individuals and groups) and visitors – and enjoy being a part of a busy team with changing priorities. As a confident communicator in English and Welsh, you will be comfortable building rapport and using your skills to provide outstanding service at all times. Job sharing acceptable.
Located at the Bishops Park, Abergwili with home-based office work.
£24,000 per annum. Initially a two-year contract to commence in September 2020.
