Unlocking the potential: A cross-sector learning event on condition specific support with national organisations in rural communities
Thursday 27 September 2012 (Rural Health Week) – Theatr Soar, Merthyr Tydfil
This solution focussed event will explore how people living in rural communities can have improved access to condition specific support from national third sector organisations.
This event has been organised by WCVA, PAVO and the county voluntary councils in Hywel Dda. It is funded by Welsh Government through the Rural Health Innovation Fund.
Who this event is for:
- National organisations delivering or wishing to deliver services in rural areas
- Key personnel from County Voluntary Councils, Health Boards and Local Authorities in Powys and Hywel Dda.
