Informal Meeting Room
There are five meeting rooms, available for weekday, evening and weekend meetings and events:
Ground Floor
G9: Moelfre (capacity boardroom 5, theatre 8)
G10: Betws (boardroom 8, theatre 10)
G11: Myddfai (boardroom 15, theatre 20)
G9, 10 and 11 are separated by sliding doors.
G10 and 11 together: capacity 40.
G9, 10 and 11 together: maximum capacity 60.
First Floor
F7: Pencarreg (Informal seating - boardroom 6, theatre 8)
Lower Ground Floor
ICT Suite: 13 computer desks, with internet connection and MS Office and short term storage space for ongoing training courses. Also suitable for general meetings, boardroom style, capacity 10.
All rooms are wheelchair accessible and there is a lift serving all floors in the building. Five of the ICT desks in the Lower Ground Floor ICT suite are height-adjustable to suit wheelchair users.

Refreshments
Tea and coffees can be booked, at 60 pence per cup. Meeting organisers can arrange outside catering for lunches and refreshments ~ there is a sizable kitchen next to the Ground Floor meeting rooms.
There is also a cover charge of 10p per person for bringing own refreshments with CAVS supplying cups, and 10p per person for bringing own food with CAVS supplying plates.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled with less than five working days notice will incur the full fee. Bookings cancelled less than ten working days of the date will incur a 50% fee. Cancellation needs to be in writing or by email.
