We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and well motivated individual to work in the Volunteering for Health Department within Hywel Dda Health Board. The main base for this post will be in Wellfield Road, Carmarthen. There will be an occasional requirement to travel between departments in Hywel Dda Health Board.
The post holder will assist the Head of Volunteering and his assistants with the general administration of the department. Some of the tasks involved will include the registration of volunteers; effective control of associated volunteer records; assembling and collating of these records and relevant use of appointment systems. There will be a requirement for photocopying of relevant documents.
