“Are you being mindful or is your mind full? We all need to find time to relax, refocus and take care of ourselves. Like many, I’m an advocate for mental first aid in the workplace. I believe making small changes in the way we work can have a huge impact on our own wellbeing.
With many of us working from home and juggling home and work life, it is now more important than ever to keep our mind and body healthy. I am offering a FREE 30-minute group relaxation session, delivered on Zoom and in the working day.
This one off, online guided session is for all employees of groups working with CAVS , helping you de-stress and re-energise. All you need is a stable internet connection and a quiet space!”
