Spatial Plan imagePeople, Places, Futures: The Wales Spatial Plan 2008 Update Consultation

A consultation on the Wales Spatial Plan Update 2008: People Places Futures is running for 12 weeks from 31st January to 24th April 2008.

The document sets a vision for how each part of Wales should develop economically, socially and environmentally over the next 20 years and will guide the way the Assembly Government spends its money over the coming years.

A huge amount of cross-sector and partnership working has seen real progress made against the goals identified in the first Spatial Plan in 2004.

It has helped achieve a joined up approach to complex issues such as transport, housing and settlement patterns for the first time, leading to more effective use of public finance.

The Wales Spatial Plan update has also been subject to Sustainability Appraisal, which meets the needs of the 'Strategic Environmental Assessment' Directive. The Sustainability Appraisal, which is a separate document, also forms part of the Consultation.

The consultation documents and response forms are available from the Welsh Assembly website

Carmarthenshire Partnership logoDrafft o’r Cynllun Plant a Phobl Ifanc 2008-11

Sefydlwyd y Bartneriaeth Plant a Phobl Ifanc ar ddiwedd 2006 yn ymateb i'r gofyniad statudol yn y Ddeddf Plant 2004. Ei brif gyfrifoldeb yw gwella'r canlyniadau ar gyfer plant a phobl ifanc (rhwng 0 - 25 oed) ar draws Sir Gaerfyrddin a gweithredu'r Un Cynllun Plant a Phobl Ifanc 2008 – 2011.

Yn hytrach na chael nifer o gynlluniau ar gyfer plant a phobl ifanc 0-25 oed, cyn bo hir bydd gennym un Cynllun Plant a Phobl Ifanc. Ni fydd angen mwyach am lawer o’r rhaglenni eraill rydym yn eu llunio ar hyn o bryd, er enghraifft, Cynllun Gwasanaethau Plant y Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol, y Cynllun Addysg Sengl, a Chynllun Fframwaith y Bartneriaeth Plant a Phobl Ifanc.

Ni allwn lunio’r cynllun hwn heb wybod beth yw eich barn chi. Y llynedd, wrth baratoi ar gyfer hyn, roeddem wedi cynnal dadansoddiad manwl o’r gwasanaethau roeddem yn eu darparu ac o’r anghenion, a hynny trwy law Pricewaterhouse Coopers. Roedd y dadansoddiad hwn wedi cwmpasu llawer o deuluoedd, plant, pobl ifanc a darparwyr gwasanaethau ledled y sir. Hefyd rydym wedi manteisio ar y wybodaeth sydd ar gael eisoes.

Mae’r fersiwn drafft o’r un Cynllun Plant a Phobl Ifanc wedi cael ei ysgrifennu gan grŵp partneriaeth aml-asiantaeth, a bydd ymgynghori helaeth ynghylch y cynllun rhwng mis Ionawr a mis Mawrth 2008. Mae’n bwysig dros ben ein bod yn cael eich barn chi gan y bydd y Cynllun Plant a Phobl Ifanc yn dod i rym ym mis Medi 2008.
